Baseline is a pre-launch product. This site collects contact details so we can tell you when an at-home fertility test becomes available. We do not yet provide testing and do not collect any health, lab, or medical-result data.

Who we are

"Baseline" ("we", "us") operates this website (baselinefuture.com) to gauge interest in a future private at-home male fertility test. You can reach us any time at hello@baselinefuture.com.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, and consent when you join the launch list.
Collected automatically: the page that referred you, your browser type/user agent, and marketing attribution parameters in the link you clicked (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid).
Analytics & advertising cookies: where enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads help us measure how our ads and pages perform. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

How we use it

To email you when Baseline is available, and about the launch.
To understand which ads and channels drive interest, so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site — currently Airtable (stores signups), Google (analytics/advertising), and Vercel (hosting) — each acting on our behalf.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time. To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@baselinefuture.com and we'll take care of it. We keep launch-list details until launch or until you ask us to remove them.

Children

This site is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
